Governor Monitoring Workshop

This interactive workshop will give governors, new & experienced, useful tools and guidance to confidently undertake robust monitoring in school.

The workshop is facilitated by Andrea Offord, currently a Governor with the Synergy Schools Federation.  Andrea brings a wealth of experience gained from over 15 years of school governance.  Each session will be tailored to the governors attending.

• Implementing effective monitoring
• Best practice and protocols for governor visits
• Asking the right questions
• Evidencing governor challenge and reporting back to the full governing body.
