Developed nationally, delivered locally
Red Kite Teaching School Hub will be leading the NPQs in our region, building on over ten years’ experience of successful NPQ delivery. Teach First offer considerable expertise in leadership training, and will provide the programme content, tools and resources to create a high quality experience for the teachers enrolled on the programmes.
Facilitation will be provided by trusted teachers from local schools. Our partner schools reflect the diversity of schools across our region: urban and rural; academies and maintained schools; faith schools and community schools; primary, secondary and special. That means that our NPQ seminars will always be sensitive to local schools’ context and circumstances, helping leaders to translate programme content into their individual settings.
