NEW De-escalation Skills

The Theory of: Preventing and Managing Disruptive, Challenging and Hazardous Behaviour

In response to the increased need within our schools and feedback from our headteachers, we are working closely with Securicare International Ltd to provide a behaviour recognition and de-escalation programme. Our facilitators are able to offer support with the implementation of behavioural plans. This face-to-face programme allows delegates to discuss specific school situations in confidence.
